I’ve just returned from almost two weeks in Cambodia, with my friend, Steph. We arrived for the last day of Khmer New Year (water fight mayhem!) and had a few days exploring Phnom Penh before meeting up with an Intrepid group for our trip to Angkor Wat. 01. Fab lunch at the brand new Bar Mexico (the interior – including the mural – was designed by my very talented friend, Steph). Grilled corn is always my benchmark dish at Mexican restaurants (it was delicious), but the highlights were the tasty flautas – fried tortillas filled with slow cooked beef – and the jalapeños poppers.
