01. A deeply relaxing Saturday afternoon at a sound bath (pic was well before the session started BTW!). I really love the tone of crystal singing bowls.

02. Yay! Charlotte Wood’s Stone Yard Devotional made the Booker Prize shortlist.

03. Watched and watching:

• The Shrink Next Door (Apple TV) – listened to the podcast years ago and was shocked by the story. TV series version so well cast and again, astounded by what happened over such a long period of time.
• Maxima (SBS) – didn’t know anything about Queen Máxima of the Netherlands before watching this. Loved the nineties details.
• The Change (SBS) – just started this one. First scene made me LOL (very loudly).

04. After years of Opera Australia leaving Melbourne audiences on the outer, they have put some effort in for 2025. Very much looking forward to Orpheus & Eurydice, particularly because we also get to see a remix of the story in Hadestown later in the year. And always happy for a new production of Bohème.

05. I did an audit on the TBR spreadsheet that I created five years ago (partly in preparation for Novella November, Nonfiction November, and German Lit Month). There was lots missing from my list. Lots. Not sure how that happened!
