Annabel from AnnaBookbel and Emma from Words and Peace are hosting the 20 Books of Summer reading challenge this year. The challenge is straightforward – read the books between June 1st and August 31st. I reckon this is the most relaxed reading challenge you can participate in (swap books out, change your target, do whatever).
As I’ve done in previous years, I’m using this challenge to read predominantly from my to-be-read stack and to fill a few other reading challenge gaps.
Of course, it’s winter in Melbourne. So while Annabel and Emma et al. are enjoying the northern hemisphere sunshine, I’ll be rugging up. I’m delighted that Emma created a special logo for those of us wintering 🙂
Here is my Summer (Winter) reading list (with spots free for whatever takes my fancy):

Hi Kate, the only one I’ve read is Actress, so your review of these are all going to be interesting.
Like Lisa, the only one I’ve read is Actress.
Happy Winter reading! I’ll look forward to seeing the remaining 10 that you choose too.
Happy reading! I’ve not read any of these. My own pile is quite terrifying, who knows if I’ll manage it …
I’m not familiar with any of the books but I am with several of the names. Have fun!
Fun list, enjoy!

Will you be doing your usual temperature comparisons? Oxford (where Annabel lives) may not be as cold as Dublin, but…?
I think I will!
I have not read any of these, I hope you enjoy them all. I will be doing summer reading here in Ohio. Happy reading!
