01. Of course it’s the one I didn’t read (!) but yay for another year of the Stella Prize.
02. This author convo (about the book I wanted to win the Stella).
03. Found the cheese I discovered (and loved) in Tasmania at my local gourmet supermarket. Dangerous!
04. Watching: needed a little break from my prison drama, and instead watched the delightful Julia.
05. Miffy Dances on Insta makes me smile everyday.
06. And because I happened to be wearing green nail polish that was the exact shade of Miffy Dances, my daughter painted me a tiny Miffy.

07. Can’t wait for the winter Lune Lab.
08. Lastly, sad that I will be missing the entire Melbourne Writers Festival this year, and that my Eurovision viewing will be severely hampered by being in a different time zone but HOORAY for going on holiday (yes, again… and then there will be none for a very long time).

Yay for holidays! I’ve just been to Denmark for 4 nights … your bottom pic looks like elephant rocks/greens pool, one of the most spectacular awe-inspiring seascapes I’ve ever seen. Our timings weren’t good though, because the tide was in when we visited elephant rocks so couldn’t walk on the beach. It is, however, a freakin’ long way from anywhere… 5 hour drives aren’t my bag baby. Glad I’ve seen it, but doubt I’ll be going back unless by aeroplane ! Hope you enjoy Margaret River… and that you have a designated driver cos all the wineries are amazing!
Enjoy your holidays! Margaret River region (I ignored its existence until 5 minutes ago) seems quite dreamy, I hope you’ll post a few pictures when you’re back! I’m always in awe of people who can draw on nails, your daughter is quite talented
I have still to organise a Margaret River holiday. Have a great time.
As for great cheeses, they are dangerous. A few years ago, we discovered Manchego with Truffle. Can’t go past it now. It’s delicious.
Those nails are so cute! Enjoy your holidays!
Happy holidays …and thanks for Miffy 🙂
