01. Saw Death of a Salesman this week. A brilliant production (sets and casting were outstanding). It was remarkable how I felt simultaneously tense and drained for the duration of the play. It’s only on for a couple more weeks but see it if you can (image).
02. Warm weather and a public holiday.
03. A refreshing spritz.
04. Watching: Sex Education (yes, I’m really, really late to the party) and Painkiller, a series based on Patrick Radden Keefe’s Empire of Pain (both on Netflix).
05. How many Ilex Studio acorn vases are too many? (asking for a friend)
Oh I love Death of a Salesman! I quite enjoyed Painkiller, even if it isn’t the most subtle piece of television.
I hadn’t seen it performed before so was absolutely gripped by it.
You can never have too many Ilex Studio acorn vases, that’s what I always say 😉
Which is good because I might not stop at three. It’s my most successful acorn season ever (and I still have 10 in the fridge, ready to go).
