Sample Saturday – more new releases

Sample Saturday is when I wade through the eleventy billion samples I have downloaded on my Kindle. I’m slowly chipping away and deciding whether it’s buy or bye. This week, all three are new releases that have caught my eye.

What I’d Rather Not Think About by Jente Posthuma

Summary: What if one half of a pair of twins no longer wants to live? What if the other can’t live without them? Posthuma tells the story of a depressive brother, viewed from the perspective of the sister who both loves and resents her twin, struggles to understand him, and misses him terribly.

I’m thinking: Yes.

Between You and Me by Joanna Horton

Summary: Mari and Elisabeth have been at the centre of each other’s lives for years. Drifting through their mid-twenties, they meet Jack, a charming academic historian twenty years their senior. An unconventional relationship – halfway between friendship and love triangle – develops. But soon things grow more complicated and the fallout sets the course for the rest of their lives.

I’m thinking: Maybe.

Built to Move by Juliet Starrett and Kelly Starrett

Summary: Simple physical practices designed to improve the way your body feels (less stiffness! fewer aches and pain!).

I’m thinking: Yes.
