
Sample Saturday is when I wade through the eleventy billion samples I have downloaded on my Kindle. I’m slowly chipping away and deciding whether it’s buy or bye. This week, all three are new releases that have caught my eye.

Thirst for Salt by Madelaine Lucas

Girl in a Pink Dress by Kylie Needham
Summary: Frances is an artist living a quiet life in a remote mountain town in NSW, far away from the Sydney art world she once knew. I’m thinking: No.
I say yes to Thirst for Salt too. Madalaine was a colleague of mine when I first started at the book shop. This is her debut book. It’s very exciting to see all her hard work & effort coming to fruition.
