01. Guess what I saw last week?
Book of Mormon – so much of it is so, so wrong but so much of it is so, so funny.
02. Madame Bibi’s War and Peace post. I’m in awe. And I’m jealous. My use of the Serial Reader app has been spasmodic (I keep switching between the app and my hard copy which is a better translation). And did I mention that my husband was using my copy of W&P as a doorstop? #nothelpful
03. Apparently these aren’t complicated… Huh. Anyway, they’re pretty.
04. Where can I get a skirt like Miss Austria’s?
05. I started uni again this week and I really love my course. Phew.
06. I wish this* had happened when we were visiting Kilauea.
*I have a bucket-list item that involves watching lava hit the sea, viewed from a boat. No, not specific at all…
Bookish Thoughts is hosted by Christine at Bookishly Boisterous. Pop by, say hi.
What are you studying Kate? I will be studying this year too but haven’t started yet.
I’m studying counselling – it’s quite a career change for me. What are you studying?
I’m studying to be a librarian. Still unsure how I feel about it!
Miss Austria appears to be a human postcard!
Thank you for the mention 🙂 You can do it, it will be read!
If you find out where to get the skirt let me know, it’s gorgeous!
I like miss Vietnam’s skirt – can also double as a handy basket!
And I wish it was flowing like that when we helicoptered overhead in 2010. I guess we’ll just have to go back 😉
02. Oh my. That’s quite the accomplishment (but if it makes you feel better, I’m a week behind on Les Miserables…)
04. If you find out, please let me know.
05. Good luck!
06. I’ve been to Kilauea countless times and never gotten to see something quite as spectacular as that flow.
Spectacular view of the larva. One to out on my wish list too I think
Oooh! Would LOVE to see Book of Mormon! So glad your course is working out. Ditto for Miss Austria.
I hadn’t seen those Miss Universe costumes. They’re so weird and I think they get worse each year (as in more-weird!).
Wow… I’m not sure if I’ll ever conquer War and Peace. I have my sights set on Anna Karenina next.
Not sure if I will conquer War & Peace either although so far, it’s easier reading than Les Mis.
Yeah not sure I’ll get to that one either. lol
