01. A lovely morning spent at a Hefeteig cooking class as part of German Week Melbourne (Hefeteig is a sweet yeast dough that forms the basis for many pastries and cakes).

02. Only got to one Melbourne Fashion Week event – Dress to Express. There was one piece (a kid with a spinning hat) that was the standout.

03. Irish Film Festival – Testimony, a documentary about the legal battle to hold the Irish government accountable for the abuses of the Magdalene Laundries, Mother and Baby Home institutions and forced family separation. Cried. So many heartbreaking stories (note: there are packages available to watch the Festival films online).

04. Watching: finishing my re-watch of Girls (HBO) and started re-watching Six Feet Under (Prime) – I was obsessed with this show when it first aired (in 2001), so curious to see how it holds up.

05. Got my 2027 diary – it’s pretty (and has a pop of neon).

06. Listening: The Buoys new album, Concrete Cowboy.
