01. A brilliant long-weekend in Rutherglen with very dear friends. We went for the Roam Winery Walkabout (something that we’d done together pre-kids). Lots of delicious food and wine.
02. The Ukrainian Film Festival happened this week (a friend and I try to get to at least one film in each of these international film festivals). Saw Porcelain War – so good (and heartbreaking), on so many levels.
03. Cooking: samosa ‘pie’. Really tasty.
04. Ordering: black cocoa powder so that these brownies can be made. Stay tuned for the results.
05. Listening: Role Model’s new song (and watching him roller skate…)
06. Watched: Company Retreat (HBO) – I laughed and laughed but realise that for some, this will be excruciating viewing. And watching: Palm Royale (Apple) – love the vibe.
07. Another book splurge (this time at the lovely Ramona). I’m out of control!
I have a wonderful Greek Yoghurt Brownies recipe which claims to be only 90 calories per serve. (Not that anyone eating Brownies cares about calories!)
