01. Gosh I love angry-girl music. Olivia Rodrigo’s concert was brilliant.
02. The British Film Festival program has been released. The joy of knowing I’ll be able to catch my most favourite film ever (A Room with a View) on the big screen!
03. I discussed the All Fours ‘Parker or Driver’ question with my therapist clinical supervisor this week, telling her that in the book, the Driver is presented as the more desirable type of person… and that I’m a Parker. She reframed it beautifully, saying, “You like something that you can get your teeth into. You’re not afraid to be presented with a challenging situation and get in there and try.” I really love my supervisor.
04. Watching: Tell Me Lies (Disney) – let’s file it under ‘television junk food’
05. It’s almost summer…. so, salt scrubs. This one is excellent.
06. We haven’t done Atlas Weekly in ages but have enjoyed the Vietnamese recipes this week – the turmeric and lemongrass grilled chicken was so delicious.
07. Watched the bee-keepers at work at Collingwood Children’s Farm today.
08. Last but not least, Aurora Australis was firing this week. We popped down to Flinders on Friday night to take a look, and caught it just before the clouds moved in.
We saw the Northern Lights too! 😀👍
Hope you got a good view! We also saw it in May this year – much stronger and brighter than this time – but I feel very, very lucky to have seen it twice this year!
My daughter and I are dying to see Olivia in concert but sadly she hasn’t come to Ireland!
I didn’t realize/never thought about the fact that the northern lights would of course have a different name in the southern hemisphere! We got some glimpses of them up in Canada last week too!
