The Flight by Julie Clark
Summary: A chance meeting at an airport prompts two women, both wanting to escape their lives, to switch tickets. They believe the swap will give each of them the head start they need to begin again somewhere far away. One plane crashes.
I’m thinking: Maybe (it might be my thriller pick for 2021).
